Caplum Fault Management
CAPLUM has a fault management module which records outstanding faults, allocates engineers, records and monitors travelling, on-site and fault completion time, and provides analysis of response times and fault types. SLA’s are supported.

Caplum has custom stages that allow you to control the flow of a fault and pass it from job queue to job queue allowing multi department working. Costing is also built in allowing a track of costs as the job progresses.
